The apartment offers 2.5 rooms and space for a total of 2 people. A large double bed is available in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area for dining and a sofa. The adjoining open kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. There you will find cookers, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and all common kitchen utensils.

Ofcourse, the business apartment has a private bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer. A comfortable balcony is also part of the apartment. There you can relax after long working days.



The price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV with international channels, bed linen, towels and a monthly cleaning service for stays longer than 45 days. Free washing facilities are also available on the ground floor.



Erlenmattstrasse 77 is part of the Erlenmatt district in Basel. Erlenmatt West is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. The district received certification as a 2000-watt site in 2017. The Erlenmatt district is a dynamically developing living space. The train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached in 10 minutes. Directly in front of the building is the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt. Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
