Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came for the 4th of July and had a great time. We went kayaking which was 2 miles down the road. The studio was so nice and clean. We enjoyed the fishing pond and had everything we needed. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We are planning a trip back before summer is over.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the PERFECT little getaway for my spouse and I. Sitting back in the woods with the sounds of nature and a beautiful view from dusk to dawn. This cabin was perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable and the house had all the basic necessities and then some. Air conditioning worked great even in the hottest point of the days. Everything was clean and neat. WiFi works well. The hosts, Val and Shelly are amazing and responded promptly when needed. Oh and the pond definitely had some catfish lol. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to get away and just do your own thing while you’re there. Thanks for having us and we look forward to coming back soon!

Stayed Dec 25, 2022Such a cute place! It was nicely decorated (loved the Grey Mare theme) and well-stocked. Very clean as well. We really enjoyed watching the deer on the property and definitely would have fished if the weather had been warmer. The only drawback for us was the mattress. There is a dip in the middle that caused us to roll toward one another. Consequently we didn't sleep well. With a new mattress, this little place would be perfect for a secluded getaway.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022This cabin is absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted and needed. You can see the care and attention to detail that went into this property. The cabin was very clean; there were plenty of towels in the bathroom; and the kitchen had anything you could need to prepare something to eat. The morning of our arrival, Val sent us a pin with the exact location which made it very easy to find. I stayed with my 10 year old and he loved exploring the property and watching for deer and rabbits. I enjoyed the coffee bar area and relaxing on the porch before starting our day. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful property; I wish our trip was longer but we will certainly be looking to book this cabin again on next time. If you get the opportunity to book this cabin, I would definitely recommend it.
