Magnificent small palace located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville. Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail.



Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.

Palacete Molina 7 is a 35m2 ideal apartment full of light and good vibes.     Fabulous central location in the historical district. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Supported by knowledgeable host on arrival Used the recommended private cab service for the airport transfers which was well worth it.
