Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety.     The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled.

    We are so disappointed in our stay and the service received. Upon arrival the thermostat wasn’t working and cited a connection issue and the cold air was on constantly. It wasn’t warm outside and we were extremely cold all night. The sheets appeared unwashed and had stains and hairs on them. The bathroom was not cleaned well with hair all over the floor as well. Fake eyelashes were stuck to a wall in the bedroom and there was no bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. We did not get a restful sleep and had to move to a different accommodation. I would not recommend this booking.

    Neighbor and house seemed fine, until first night stay my wife and I stayed up most of the iught listening to gun shots. Told owner we didn’t feel safe and wanted to a refund so we can go to another place. Also offered to charge me for 3 night of my 11 night stay. Was told it was probably firework and they can’t control the neighborhood. Saying it was my responsibility to research the neighborhood. Vrbo was absolutely no help in the matter . The interior of the house was nice but stict rules about being quiet at a certain time since the tent a lower basement unit as well.

    Interior of property in good condition, exterior quite poor, neighborhood fair, fraudulent listing (only 1 bathroom, listing said 2+). We reserved the property for 2 nights but had to relocate after 1 night because we needed a second bathroom. After extensive communication with the host, he finally agreed to give us a refund for the second night. The refund should have been immediate without negotiation since we had to relocate because of the fraudulent listing.

    This place was great! Very clean, modern, and cozy! Great location, only a few mins from downtown. Very friendly Host. We had a great stay, we drove in from Flagstaff AZ. Easy to find and great checkin process. Hope to come back!
