This is a terrific spacious and light-filled two-bedroom apartment that is ideally located in the heart of Paddington, just a few minutes’ walk from Paddington Station (including the Heathrow Express), Edgware Road, and Hyde Park. It’s an excellent base for exploring London, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. It can comfortably sleep up to 4 people, or 6 including children.


The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a corner building on a quiet, attractive street and has its own private entrance. It has no residential neighbours above or below, an is therefore unusually private for a central London flat. Spread over two floors, it has a generous and comfortable living room, a large and well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and two bedrooms on the upper level (a master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom).
The master bedroom features a super king-size bed from Loaf, as well as a sofa bed (Folk bed from Karup Design) that can be configured as a second bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. High-quality linens are provided, and an additional airbed is available if needed. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you should need for cooking. The kitchen and bathroom were fully refreshed in recent years, and the flat is well maintained throughout.

Excellent supermarkets are within a few minutes walk: Waitrose, Tesco, and Marks & Spencer Food Hall are just around the corner, and Paddington and Edgware Road Underground stations are only a short walk away. Hyde Park is approximately 10 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is full of excellent restaurants, cafés, and pubs, with particularly good Middle Eastern food along Edgware Road and pleasant walks along the nearby Grand Union canal that take you to Little Venice and several excellent restaurants and cafes. Nearby also is the new Paddington Square development, with a food hall with several excellent restaurants.

The apartment is privately owned and professionally managed by our long-standing housekeeper, who ensures it is immaculately prepared for each stay and is available to resolve any issues during your visit.

Because of its size, layout, and central location, the flat is perfect for families, but it’s equally comfortable for couples or longer stays in London. It’s a really comfortable and well-located flat that’s really nice to stay in.
