Stayed Nov 13, 2025Very cumbersome Latch app to get in and out of stairwells, garage, apartment. My son was never able to get it working on his phone. Owner tries to assist but I think it's a system issue. Quiet location except for construction next door. Didn't use facilities because we were at a convention all day. Pots and pans are the cheap non-stick and they are all scratched so you can't use them. They are carcinogenic. Kitchen is not cooking friendly, didn't even have a hot mitt. Good for business travel if you just want toast and coffee in the morning. Barebones minimum. If that's all you need, it's good.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Cleanliness is always tops my list when staying away from home, and this place did not disappoint. It was spacious and very clean. Bedding and towels were white-white. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. It was nice, spacious, and close to the places we visited. Dani is very responsive with communication as well. Included parking is also a plus.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Everything was super nice and clean, lots of room for guests! The host is great at responding to texts even when fhere were late night questions. Would 10/10 recomend. The only slightly tricky thing is the app that unlocks doors, however the host is very good at explaining it.

Stayed Dec 2, 2024We were very happy with our stay, the place was very spacious and looked exactly liked the photos. The host was quite responsive and made the entire process seamless. It was nice to feel like you were coming home each day to large rooms, closets and bathrooms. We were centrally located to major Tampa highlights we wanted to see - it was just perfect!
