Bright & Beachy–Beach Club Siesta Key 100A by RVA

The property was clean and location was great! However, staff was not around to assist. St check-in we were only given 1 key and I had to get a 2nd from housekeeping. The WiFi did not work and we could not find anyone in the office to assist.

Very clean, convenient to the ocean. Well equipped. Had access to heated pool and hot tub. We would absolutely recommend and we will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Enjoyable stay

After rain garbage floats on the streets. There’s a big puddle before the beach entrance. That water from the puddle drains into the Gulf.

Washer was broken everyday we were there we told them and we got told the maintenance man will be here in an hour well he never came.. I called the management twice of the rentals nothing no one came till the third day and showed us how to rig it and the dryer took hours to dry. The table in the unit was Unsturdy so they put some folded paper under one of the legs.. the bottom drawer on the dresser was coming apart. So would I recommend place NO not for the price!!!!

I think they should take more consideration in their property appearance. Pool area could have had more attention Pool was very warm . I could not find any beach supplies available that they mention. The area for us on the beach was not very accommodating. Went for clean bed supplies they didn’t have . Why would a resort NOT have extra bedding? The appearance of the furniture could have some attention Our bed kept sliding away from the wall broken glass top on nite stand. Dining chairs were really wore out. For the prices I paid I would think it could be a little more appealing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed moves when you do. The bathroom counter is peeling. The comforter felt like plastic and isn’t the same as the photo. The room is so bright at night time due to lights outside I couldn’t sleep at all! They never contacted me when I went to the office to complain. The office closes early and the handle into shower was broken and would only run cold! Bathroom near pool was slimy both days I was there. Unit wasn’t clean either.

The property had good proximity to the beach. The pool was over-crowded (not enough chairs), and my unit didn’t have hot water. Overall, the location was great and I had easy access to the rest of the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was perfect for a getaway for 2. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday mid August and the trip was amazing. The kitchen came with everything needed for cooking and cleaning up. They left plenty of towels for showers and to use on the beach. The in studio washer and dryer came in handy so we didn't have to travel home full of sand and smelling of the bay. The location was tucked away behind a couple larger condo buildings but we enjoyed the quiet. The hot tub could use some maintenence but we spent the majority of our time at the beach, which was only a couple minuet walk. They had free use chairs and umbrellas and an assortment of beach stuff. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. We had an absolute blast!

Great location right by beach entrance and near pool. Unit is smaller (like a hotel room with kitchen) but great if just 2 of you and you don't plan to spend much time indoors. It is updated with nice decor. Extra convenient that the free trolley to take you to the Village picks up right near community on the main road. Only thing I'll mention is that photos showed outdoor space, like balcony with seating, there is none for this unit. Other buildings have deck space, but not this one.

This is a very well kept property. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to beach. However, the shower faucet is falling apart. Very difficult to get correct water flow because of damaged shower head and damaged valve. Also, internet was not working in the room.

This time there was NO paper towels....only 1 packet of coffee and nothing to cook with. 2 plates 1 bowl and the garbage truck. At 5:30 am took 20 minutes and woke everyone up. Someone left beach items in the bushes for 4 days or longer as for they were scattered everywhere before arrival and after I left. Couldn't get into pool area, gate wouldn't open with code the entire stay. Will be looking for alternative condo for my next stay. I come 5 times a year. Cleaning fees are ridiculous when there is nothing to clean $100 was to much
