It has two spacious bedroom, with beautiful balconies outside the pedestrian street, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenand a living-dining room. It has two spacious bedroom one with a double bed and other with two single beds, both of them with beautiful balconies overlooking the pedestrian street, one of the most beautiful and well-known in the city. The living room has a sofa bed and has three balconies, one of them facing the cathedral. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The building has an elevator, although it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs with few steps at the entrance to reach it.

Also, the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly get to the airport and Malaga-Maria Zambrano Station.

The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning so as not to harm guests allergic to cat or dog hair. IMPORTANT:Although the apartment has soundproofed windows, as it is located in a very central area, some outside noise may still be heard.
