Bright and wide, wonderful apt in the center of the city

The location is central. The views in the cupola are unbeatable, there was a great family room that had plenty of room for our large group to hang out & play games. The check in was easy, it was clean & comfortable. We would love to get to stay here again!

Great location, spacious, spotless, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. There were 4 women traveling together and we each had our own room and plenty of space. We had a snafu on our way to the VRBO complicated by protests/strikes. Daniela was very patient with us and available for frequent texts & phone calls as our estimated arrival time changed several times. She provided us a partial refund since we missed almost 2 days of our planned visit in Florence. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and the apartment was absolutely fantastic. We had two minor issues, once our key just spun round and round and it took 7-10 minutes to finally catch and let us in, the wifi didn’t work the last few days, but we were not in the apartment much so it had little impact on us. We greatly appreciated the stocked kitchen and house manual that answered any other questions we had. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and offers beautiful views from the upper level, making it a comfortable space overall. However, its location in a lively area full of pubs means there’s significant noise until around 3–4am, which affects sleep—especially in the bedroom closest to the dining area. Additionally, noise from the water tank can be heard continuously in the apartment. While the manager met us and gave us instructions on how to use the TV, she did so despite knowing it wasn’t working. When we reported the issue, the initial response was dismissive. Upon following up, we were told the TV only worked in Italian and were directed to use the one in a different room with limited seating.Unfortunately, the combination of noise and lack of responsiveness made the stay feel overpriced for the experience.

Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable. The elevator was excellent. The host was very quick to respond at all times. Check in and out very easy. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay next time!

For our “friends” vacation! Great location, well appointed, lots of room for everyone, close enough to the center without being right in the heart!

We were looking for a place on a single level, we brought our 85 year old mother... the place is clean, and well maintained. The internet had a problem.. but it is the way it goes... The place as 3 steps into it, and 2 steps to the toilets, so it's not completely flat..... but the location and cleanliness were excellent. We were a few blocks away from all the major sites, and restaurants were nearby. The area has a college in it, and there are tons of young adults about. It was a great trip and location for 3 days in Florence.

The apartment was roomy, immaculate, and I dont think you could find a better location. The views are amazing. Short walk to restaurants, the duomo; walking distance to the museums. However, I recommend highly to future guests that they have the property managers set the air conditioning controls to guest specifications - do not rely on doing it yourself. Another problem was the elevator. When you step off the elevator, the platform is an opaque plastic. One of our party is a civil engineer, and he did assure us that the platform was stable and the material designed to handle heavy weights- but for someone like me, with no knowledge of materials, and fear of heights, I was always made a little anxious by it.So something to consider if a member of your party also suffers from this kind of fear.

We had a lovely visit to Florence and truly enjoyed this place. Check-in was easy and the location was perfect. The place is spacious, clean, and well appointed. We’d stay here again!

The check in was so easy with the father of the owner who spoke English. The apartment was more like a palazzo in the middle of Florence. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful, spotless and very well stocked and maintained. The double glazed windows shut out all the noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Super experience. Highly recommend.
