Magnificent small palace located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville. Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail.



Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3. Going up thestaircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.

Palacete Molina 8 is a 45m2 top floor apartment ideal for two couples or a family. The apartment has two separate bedrooms each with its en suite bathroom and seperated by a bright and spacy living area with kitchen. The first bedroom has one double bed of 140cm x 200cm and the second bedroom has two beds of 80cm x 190cm that can be made into one double bed of 160cm x 190cm upon request. Outdoors there is a table and two chairs.Argote de Molina is one of the most beautiful and well-known streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, as it leaves the Cathedral and borders it from behind until it gets lost in the depths of the oldest and most historic area of ​​Seville, the old Jewish quarter.

    The VRBO is perfectly situated for access to most everything. The washer and dryer access is great and the rooms have coffee and tea with sugar. Wonderful place

    Hosts were very welcoming and kind, and location is phenomenal. Would recommmend and maybe we just had some bad luck with our unit as there are many units here. Our unit seemed to have some delayed maintenance, heaters weren’t working and yes it was very cold at night during our December stay. They immediately gave us some space heaters, but only one of them seemed to provide heat consistently so we had to rotate around the rooms. Bathroom sink also didn’t drain and it would quickly fill to its shallow rim with a toothbrushing. Our daughters bathroom had some ants and a foul odor coming from the toilet, the first day that then went away as the rains cleared so maybe more the old sewage system than the building itself. Overall good, getting close to great for their hospitality and location based on our experience.

    The apartment was beautiful and newly renovated. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us and our daughter. Check in was a breeze because of the excellent communication from the company. Our flight was delayed but we had a code so getting in was no big deal.
