It is a large and spacious apartment, very comfortable for 6 people, which has been renovated in 2019, with new furniture, air conditioning, and also has a large and beautiful terrace where you can see the sea, very complete.

It consists of 2 very comfortable double rooms. The main room with double bed and another room with 2 single beds. Both are large and with their wardrobes where to leave the clothes and exit to a balcony into the interior of the community area.

The dining room is spacious with sofa bed with very modern chaise longue, new furniture and air conditioning, etc. The dining room has access to a terrace overlooking the sea where it is great to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with the sunset and even watch the television in the dining room.

It has very modern kitchen and bathroom very new large and complete. This all very neat, complete and equipped (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc.).

The apartment is on the same promenade, just cross the street and touch the beach.

It is also in one of the best community areas with playground with swings, large pool equipped with hammocks and loungers and another small pool for babies, plus a garden area with fountains.

It is also just a few meters from a large supermarket and many shops around, from the typical tourist souvenirs, banks and clothing stores, to the most necessary day to day as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, vegetables, etc.. Everything less than 4-5 minutes walk.

It also has bars and restaurants of different types for lunch or dinner, from the typical paella and fish, to pizzerias or even other more own and homemade food, according to taste.
