They are 2 rooms. very comfortable doubles and with access to a terrace with sea views where it is fantastic to clear in the morning and / or to watch the children play in the community area.

The dining room is immaculate, with air conditioning, TV and stereo. The living-dining room leads to a second terrace with sea views, spacious and simply beautiful.

It has a very modern kitchen and a very new bathroom. It is all very arranged, complete and equipped (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).

The apartment was renovated in 2013 with a new 40 ”LCD television, new furniture in the dining room and a room, painted, new fridge, oven, washing machine, induction hobs, etc.

The apartment is on the same promenade, it is only to cross the street and touch the beach.
In addition, there is a communal area with a playground with swings, a large pool equipped with hammocks and sun loungers and another small pool for babies, in addition to a landscaped area with fountains.
