Stayed Jun 9, 2025Great location near the Bentonville Town Square! About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Clean, comfortable safe. Stairs up to loft over top of garage. I stayed for two nights to mountain bike in the area. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen.

Stayed May 14, 2025Everything we needed was there! Close enough to walk downtown, quiet, lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and supplies. We parked Nextdoor bc we had a large suv and the space was small. The steps were nice and wide. The only downside was very little space for clothing but we adapted.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023We really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect for easy ride in/ride out and close to anything downtown. Bed was very comfortable and place was well equipped with everything needed.
