Brand New Residence Close to Baylor and Magnolia Market

The quite place and amenities are awesome.

This VRBO is really only set up to hold FIVE people, definitely NOT 10 like it’s advertised. It has the potential to be a 5 star but there’s some definite shortcomings. *Know, if you book this apartment that you are staying in college student housing. *Absolutely loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Not real sure the size of the beds is correct in the listing. They seemed to all be xl fulls and no queens. Bring shampoo/conditioner/body soap because they don’t supply any of that. There was only a few squirts of hand soap in each bathroom. The towels have seen better days. Bring extra if you like more than one. And we only had 2 hand towels for 5 bathrooms. OH! And bring pool towels because they aren’t supplied. Keep in mind that the beds are EXTREMELY HIGH off of the ground. That posed a big problem for our 82 year old grandma. *The location was great for us. And then within the complex it was FANTASTIC!! 1st floor. Parking was fairly close. Just outside the back door was the volleyball court/putt putt course and pool. Loved that! The apartment was very clean but I can’t say that for the exterior. The patio was filthy. There were a massive amount of cigarette butts on and just off the patio. We had to sweep them to the side just to sit outside. We sat on the edge of the patio to watch our group play volleyball. We sat on the edge of the patio because there was no patio furniture to sit on. *Be prepared to get very little sleep. The noise from the upstairs tenants was unbearable and lasted into the early morning hours. None of us slept well. *The kitchen is very poorly stocked for 5 guests let alone 10. We had no extra garbage bags, only the one in the can. There were no dish towels to dry dishes and a half roll of paper towels. No extra. There were only a couple of Keurig coffee cups. We had to go shopping and get enough to supply our stay. For a short term rental that holds 10, the large table only has 5 chairs. Why? There is more than enough room for 8 chairs. Our group could not eat at the table together. And the same goes for the living room. There was not enough seating for all of us in the living room. It only had 5 places to sit. We ended up bring out the desk chairs as extra seating. *We were sent check-in information earlier than most short term rentals have done. I did send a message that there was a water leak in the ceiling of a bedroom but never heard back from them. *Overall - clean but very lacking by Waco STR standards.

The property is extremely nice and clean. Bonus part is everyone having their own private bathroom in each bedroom. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. This a great place to stay as well as feeling safe within the property and the many amenities.

Great location and great pool.

Plenty if space for our large group of women and close to the Silos and downtown. We would stay again!

The keys to the doors didn’t always work. The overhead neighbors were walking around all night. The bed was uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the room.

i recommend this property, the grounds where clean and the amenities had a little something for everyone.
