Stayed Nov 1, 2025The host was very attentive and responsive to questions. Very nice neighborhood on the hill above Flagstaff. Easy walk to downtown. All around a great stay!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be quiet and near to restaurants/breweries. However, if staying with a pet, be sure to request all the pet rules upfront. They were a bit limiting for being “pet friendly”. Also be careful of the large cactus in the middle of the fenced area and if you choose it use the hammock as its location could cause injury to you or your pet. Parking for 1 vehicle only. If you/your partner is a light sleeper, opt for the bed at the top of the stairs, not off the living area as the bed is extremely noisy.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This garage apartment was an easy place to stay. Convenient to downtown flagstaff (it’s a 20 min walk), clean, and covers the basics. Lots of great natural light and a seamless check in/out process. Note that there is nothing “extra” in the kitchen - only salt pepper and cooking spray - no other consumables (e.g foil, sugar).

Stayed Sep 9, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The only negative for me was the back yard I booked the property for the private yard for my dogs. The back yard had knee high weeds and lots of cactus not very dog friendly. The stairs were also a bit of a challenge with the dogs but not a deal breaker. I would definitely book again if I did not have the dogs with me. The property was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, the photo of the backyard is deceiving. The yard was covered in weeds, the furniture was completely different, dirty & soaked from the rain. Property description was misleading. The landing at the top of the stairs was multiple levels and an accident waiting to happen. The description noted a portable A/C unit. NOT TRUE. Extremely disappointing.
