Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows.
Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. Stayed Jun 21, 2025I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. I was on my own, and the space was ideal for one person—comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in and sharing helpful information.Just a couple of small things to note: the A/C is shared with the rest of the house, so you can’t adjust it yourself, though the host is happy to assist if needed. There was also a fairly loud machine in the unit, likely part of the A/C system.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend it for short visits

Stayed Aug 18, 2024This is a basement unit, and it may be a tight fit for taller people. I am 5’,1” and it was comfortable for me. Being a basement, the floors were a bit uneven, and the apartment was also kept a little too cold at times, but I could have made more of an effort to communicate around that. The fridge is too small and the kitchen is a little understocked for any actual cooking.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Easy check-in and Joan provided everything we needed and more for an extended weekend stay in Chicago! Neighborhood was great for getting around restaurants, bars, and transportation to downtown. My partner and I were both under 5'5 so the basement unit was actually a pretty fun experience. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 21, 2022Lovely little spot on quiet street in vibrant Logan Square. Is a basement space, but had good natural light. Ceilings are low, and there's not great soundproofing. I'd definitely stay here again though.
