Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Angers, this charming studio of a surface of 24 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 21 m ², of a kitchenette equipped, and of a bathroom. we wait for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A very bright living room of 21 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed (sheets and towels included) and a dining area for two people
- A kitchenette, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The studio is ideally located in Angers, in a very pleasant and calm environment, near the city center. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The city of Angers, very active, offers many shows (concerts, theater, cinema,...) and museums including the castle of Angers with its splendid tapestries (and the other castles of the Loire nearby). Of course, for your quiet evenings you can enjoy the numerous books and records of the great library of Angers. Come and test the softness of Angers: you won't be disappointed.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the residence. A place is reserved for the accommodation (number 19). To access it, you will have a badge, which is a guarantee of security.
