The location is in the venerable district of Bolzano-Gries. Especially close is the historic center of Bolzano, which can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. But the integration with public transport is excellent. By bike (provided) it is 2 minutes in the center of Bolzano.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Our stay in Bolzano was wonderful. Upon arriving our host Katejan met us on time and gave us a tour of the apartment. He then spent time showing us a detailed map of the Bozen region and recommending places for us to visit. We then went and had a great time in the exploring in the mountains, seeing wildlife, and biking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First of all, the flat close to the center of Bolzano is high standard for Italy, it was very clean and nice furnitured. Beds are very good and the location is perfect. However, several amenities have not been as described or were simply missing. We stayed in Bolzano due to a work exchange and booked the flat because it should have internet and a parking site. Both were not available. The host could solve the internet problem after some days with a portable router which worked fine. The parking site mentioned in the flat description revered to the streets in front, however parking in Bolzano is never free! So you will get a ticket for parking there. Otherwise the furnace was not working, the washing machine was gone, we did not find the safe and there was no hair dryer. The host tried to solve the internet, parking and washing machine problems and was very nice and communicative, but it only worked for the internet and partly for the parking (there are some free parking possibilities around Bolzano, but minimum 30 minutes away from the flat). All in all, if you stay only for a few days and come without a car, the flat is perfect. Otherwise (especially with kid or baby), it might be difficult. After three weeks, we were happy to head home again.
