Stayed Apr 17, 2024The pictures online made this place look great. The reality was very different. First, reserving the apt was a hassle. Easily 4-5 unnecessary steps, including taking a selfie, answering detailed level questions on why are you here?. The apt itself was beat-up, dirty (literally someone wrote wash me on the window), and had an unpleasant smell. To be fair, the bed lines were clean/new, but that didn't mean you didn't think about sleeping in your clothes. Overall, this was a bait and switch as far as I am concerned, especially for the price (surge pricing the week I was there, due to a big conf in Indy). $49/night? Seems reasonable...and for that, you'd get your money's worth.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022The location was great and the beds were comfortable. A downside was that the rooms had glass panels with no shades that looked out onto the kitchen/living room and the living room shades did not close all of the way so light came in. The bathrooms were somewhat outdated.

Stayed Oct 4, 2021This was a lovely apartment and perfect for our stay while we attended a conference at the convention center. The owner was accommodating and stayed in touch. Loved it!

Stayed Apr 7, 2021Overall this property is just okay. The negatives for us were the A/C and the cleanliness. The A/C does not function properly and the owner has a note saying you can't lower the temp below 72 or the unit will malfunction. Not sure what that means, either it's a really old AC unit or something is wrong with it and as a result, it doesn't function properly. Either way it was so warm in the unit while we were sleeping that I went and bought two fans the next day to put in the bedrooms, which didn't help much at all unfortunately. We were there for 3 nights and we didn't get much sleep at all because of how warm it was in the rooms. I couldn't imagine staying here in the summer! We were here during early April. Also the carpets looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile; I immediately noticed the dirt/debris all over the carpets as soon as we arrived. I have a one year old who loves to scour the floors and I was really grossed out by her on these carpets. They definitely could stand to be replaced or at minimum given a thorough vacuum! The positives of this unit: the price (can't beat it for a family of 5), the location and the communication from the owner/property manager was great. However, the A/C unit and the cleanliness are a big NO from us and we wouldn't stay here again. Definitely don't stay here during the summer, you'll be miserable especially if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment.

Stayed Jan 16, 2021The overall apartment was so nice. We were very happy with location and size. This worked out so much nicer than overpriced hotel. We had some hiccups on arrival that caused a bit of a delay while checking in. Other than that the owner and apartment were terrific!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. Convenient parking directly across the street from the entrance. We felt very safe in the building. Will definitely stay here again!
