This is a single-family home that was converted into a duplex. This listing is for the lower unit only.
There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for guests to be in the unit above this space. You probably won`t ever see them, as you have a private entrance in the garage where you can park and you have a private patio out back as well.

Always available via phone.

Please note that the AC/heat is controlled from the upper unit. They try to keep it comfortable at all times, but please let me know if you need it adjusted and I will reach out to them. You can also close/open the vents to control how much heating/cooling comes through.

Since this is a basement unit, there is potential to hear noise from the upstairs (ie walking around, voices)

Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper products/cleaning supplies/toiletries after starter pack runs out.
Non-smoking home
This is a 100% smoke-free unit (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana).
If any smoking happens indoors, a $500 fee applies.

No pets
We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

    Twin bed uncomfortable. 2nd day and no toilet paper. One tiny towel per person. Patio not easily accessible. 100 charge for missing garage remote - never seen or aware there was a garage opener. Rent at your own risk!

    We were able to enjoy our stay and location was perfect for our family to meet. Easy to drive to. Right off the interstate. Close to grocery store and restaurants. The place is what was described. And it was nice to have access to the garage. The temperature was controlled by the other unit so it was a bit hot. And once the upstairs unit was being used you could hear foot steps and voices. Not overwhelming though. The host was very responsive.

    My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway!

    Property was fine and accommodated 5Adults. Kitchen and Dining area good as well as TV area. We enjoyed our stay…Beds were comfy as well. Communication with property owner was good. Check in and checkout was easy. Downfall was the placement of washer and dryer. Dryer was an odd position too close to hot water heater. Overall convenient spot to highway and close to ourFamily in Denver.

    Property is clean and has a neutral odor. We liked the layout in that the bedrooms are away from the kitchen and living room. Freeways are close. There is parking.

    My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We’re not super familiar with Denver, but this location was perfect—still nearby to Downtown and the airport while being in a peaceful neighborhood. I spoke a lot with host Kendra as we prepared for our trip and I always received a reply in a timely manner. We felt safe, comfortable and at home here and that is exactly what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely book again!
