Blue Horizon Apartment is a modern and cozy 1-bedroom apartment in Garajau, ideal for up to 3 guests seeking comfort, convenience, and stunning sea views. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a guest WC, and an open-plan living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy sunrise or sunset with sea views. Private parking is included, and the apartment’s modern design ensures a comfortable and practical stay.<br>
Located in Garajau, the apartment provides easy access to the coast, restaurants, and local shops, making it an excellent base for exploring Madeira or enjoying a peaceful stay.

Getting around is easy: transfers can be arranged (cheaper than airport taxis), car rentals are convenient, and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes away.

Guests have access to all areas of the property. The team is always available to help, and an app is provided with important information for your stay.

- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request.
- The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.
- A Municipal Tourist Ecotax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over, up to 7 nights/€14 max per person) applies. A payment link will be sent before arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
