Stayed May 25, 2024Es mentioned in an e-mail before, the only thing to worry about was the check-in. It took some time to find the second key (the key for the apartment that this key is located in a second box which can be found down in the garage nearby the parking lot for apartement 9. But all in all it was a holiday in a nice apartment.Grazie a Luca e Sergio!

Stayed Apr 9, 2022Fantastic location with a stunning view. Flat is clean and cosy with a fully equipped kitchen, good wifi and in-house parking. Very spacious and secure communal garden with direct access to the beach. Great starting point for exploring Sirmione and surrounding areas. Lovely path running directly along the lake to Peschiera. Local amenities close by. Perfect for dog owners! Great communication from our host Sergio, who was a wealth of information and always very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
