This property was the most clean I have stayed in. The location is safe for walking to restaurants, St Vincent,s and the river. St Vincent's and the river are a four minute walk. The layout is very convenient and the building is very quiet. Parking is close but on a Sunday there were options. I was able to park my medium size SUV with no problem. If I need to go back to St. Vincent's for a early morning appointment, I will stay here first.

It was a very nice apartment in a beautiful area, near established turn-of-the-century homes, nice restaurants and antique shops. Well decorated and cheery. Exceptionally convenient parking. A few necessary toiletries were provided, as well as a pod machine and coffee pods. The bed was enormous, and was comfortable, although it seemed to slope back so your feet felt higher than your head. All in all, a very wonderful find. Highly recommended.

What a cute, comfy, COZY stay in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted! The bed is SUPER comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, there were plenty of towels and linens, and everything was super clean! We are definitely bookmarking this location for the future. We live in Fernandina Beach, my fiance is from Arlington and we love having staycations! So we will definitely be back in the future. Wonderful hosts!

Theresa and Chris's location was minutes from enjoying good food or a good evening walk. I felt relaxed and at home. I look forward to staying there in the future.

Cozy apartment was fairly spacious, clean and quiet. Coffee pods and keurig were much appreciated. You are very close to a plethora of trendy restaurants which should appeal to most--esp. gen Z, several very nice parks and the river. A couple of streets near restaurants are a little edgy. A nice Publix is 3-4 minutes away. In the other direction there are many large churches nearby of various denominations with beautiful neighborhoods filled with historic homes. Parking is very tight, so consider renting a compact car.

Place was just as listed! Super relaxing space! Area has so many places to eat and shop! Theresa and Chris were so helpful with recommendations and maintained communication throughout. Parking right across the street is free if you have a larger vehicle. Although there are other units within the building we had no issues or noise above or next to us. Would def stay here again and will def be back to re-visit the area! Bed was so comfortable and very hot water for shower!

Nice little place. Parking could be a chore on weekdays, thankfully we were there on a weekend. If I had tried to park on the right side of the building, I would have blocked everyone else. I have a F150, not extremely large. The noise from upstairs was constant and loud. I don’t know if they were permanent renters or short term but very annoying. Couple was arguing until she left. I understand the owners can’t dictate what others do but we would not stay there again. That’s a shame because it was a nice comfortable place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping if that’s your thing.

We stayed a full week had a lovely time. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping, access to beaches. There was a beautiful little park on the water down the street. The host was a great communicator. The rental unit met all our needs. To our surprise, they left little snacks and was fully stocked with bathroom items.

First of all, the people who own the place are super communicative; there was zero confusion, or fuss by the time I got there. The apartment itself is immediately inviting and cozy. The couch/love seat combo in the living room? Don’t even get me started on how comfy those were; I was tempted to just sleep there for the night. Besides that, you want for nothing here. Everything has been thought of for you. All around just wonderful service.

The apartment has plenty of good parking (follow all the great advice on the listing). Easy to get to but the street it is on can get a little busy so be careful pulling in/out of spaces. That busy street can create a lot of noise that is out of control of the owner. Guessing older windows let in the sound. Unfortunately, the street noise wasn't the sounds that made the stay a little worse. Upstairs, above the unit was a family with small children. Children who loved to run and jump as children do. Not the kids' fault but not great for relaxing. I feel awful as I did the same thing in my grandparents' condo on the second floor and would love to apologize to their neighbors below for my child activities above them. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked for necessary items, the filled filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a very welcome touch.
