Stayed Oct 5, 2025great location. there was no hot water. On third day when they said they fixed hot water it was still luke warm. Knifes in knife holder were dirty. We just used our own. Linens were clean and beds comfortable. There were three in window AC units installed and 30 degrees at night. The place was so cold and heat unit inadequate. We asked them to remove AC units so 2nd and 3rd days indoor temps were good. Overall would not rent again from Plum. Too expensive for what we got.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We had a great stay at this property! It was super clean, had nicely stocked kitchen, great location, easy access for the 5 of us coming and going and the property manager and his team were excellent at answering emails to help us out. Only two suggestions from our Colorad/Chicago group … baby gates would have been super helpful in one of the closets to block off the steep staircases. Second, it was a hot weekend in Missoula and the upstairs air conditioner did not keep the room cool in addition to the fact that it made a clicking sound that was difficult to ignore. Other than those suggestions, we had a great stay and would rent your place again if we return to Montana!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Loved the space. Everything was great except the air conditioning did not work well. The one in the primary was loud. The one in the living space was not enough and there should have been another unit in the third bedroom. Luckily the temperature outside cooled off while we were there. The space was perfect in every other way and we would stay again. Hopefully the cooling system is worked out.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Highly recommended! As a family visiting annual Firecracker swimming competition, we have found this place *a huge improvement* over previous stays in Holiday Inn Downtown or Hilton by the river. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in June 90 F afternoon heat. A hint: the keypad to enter your code is located *behind* main entrance door from the street.
