The Space:

Original detail is what sets this residence apart. The main room rises to a 13 foot curved ceiling framed by carved molding, with polished hardwood floors below and dark walls that sharpen the white architectural trim. Bubble chandeliers bring in a more current note, while the fireplace mantel and scale of the room keep its history present in a way that still feels livable for a short stay.



The kitchen has been updated with white quartz counters and backsplash, a French door GE refrigerator, dishwasher, and a built in wine and beverage chiller. It feels fresh and current without pulling attention from the older detail that gives the home its identity.



The primary bedroom includes a king bed, high ceilings, original wainscoting, and two large closets. Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
