Bilinga Gardens 3 is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet complex directly across from Bilinga beach. There are some stairs to access the unit from the stairwell. This 2 bedroom unit is very spacious and has been updated over the years.
The master bedroom offers queen bed and ensuite (walk in shower), and second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a second bathroom (walk in shower), renovated kitchen with dishwasher and large laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The open plan living area leads to the dining area and the spacious private balcony with ocean views surrounded by tropical gardens. There is also a second courtyard area accessed from both bedrooms.
There are ceiling fans throughout for your comfort and casual, coastal décor which will instantly allow you to relax and slip into holiday mode. Enjoy ocean views and breezes and a fabulous beachfront location.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.
Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

This is a lovely property, on the ground floor and across the road from a beautiful beach. The apartment is renovated and decorated in a modern, comfortable style and there are plenty of amenities and kitchen gadgets for self-catering. Other reviews mentioned difficulty parking - it's tight, but I managed OK in a large SUV style car (current Rav4). There are some disadvantages to the location which should be considered, particularly if you don't want to take the car in and out of the garage frequently. Nearest supermarket is IGA at Tugun. There is only one cafe within two blocks, otherwise the nearest eating places are Tugun or Kirra. If walking, that's about 30-40 minutes either way. The other thing to be aware of in relation to the location is the proximity to the runway of the Coolangatta airport. As far as I could work out the apartment is directly in line with the point at which the jets lift off, with first flights starting around 6 am each day - quite the wake up call!
This property is extremely clean and in a great location with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry and very comfortable living/bedroom areas. Garage parking is very tight but the only real drawback was the lack of air-conditioning which is really needed in the heat and humidity of Queensland.
