Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.

    We had our family stay at this delightful property in October. It was conveniently located near the beach and near dining and other attractions, but also surprisingly quiet. We would absolutely stay again!

    Great location, great pool, very clean, fully equipped The mattresses were not very comfortable. Its the one thing that would make me question rebooking this apartment.

    Cleanliness and good location Awful mattresses, no blackouts in the living room (for the 2 extra beds), extra beds with wheels (impossible to sleep still, clogged bathroom sink, no updates from previous years. This was our 2nd time at this apartment. We stayed there 2 years ago and the handle of the balcony door was broken. This year, it was also broken and we had the door open 24/7 for 2 days. Too expensive for what they offer. Not coming back.

    The apartment was in a great convenient location. It was bigger than we thought so we had plenty of room as a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances seemed brand new. I was surprised to find that detergents and toiletries were provided. The supermarket was 5 minutes away. The beach was lovely down some steps at the end of the road. We went to the pool most days after 4 as it was busy and noisy earlier on. We had a great holiday. All the communication was excellent including the transfers. Nothing. This was a re-booked holiday post covid and went very smoothly.
