Great location, friendly owner, I could walk to everything in Firenze. Very clean and just the right size. I even found close cheap parking nearby.

This is a cosy, well equipped apartment tucked away on a picturesque side street. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Florence. You can also hop on the C4 bus if you have shopping to carry home. The hosts are super helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a sweet apartment with ink walking distance to everything. It’s ina quiet safe neighborhood with some coffee shops nearby. You do need to walk or go to the bus to get to tourist attractions. For me it wasn’t difficult to walk everything was 15/20 minutes walk. Check in was simple. I saved money getting groceries and cooking in the kitchen. I slept well on the hide a bed and was surprised that it was so comfortable. Great property, very clean and I would stay here again.

Kindness of the owners

We would highly recommend this property for rental to any couple who are planning a Florence visit. The hosts are fabulous. They were very welcoming and are living in the building so are there for anything you might need. The apartment is fairly priced and has everything you will need; washer, great shower, small kitchen and comfortable bed. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Location is in the more quiet part of the city, about a 30 minute walk to get anywhere. Was concerned about sleeping on a pull-out but it was comfortable! No AC but the fan she provided was a life saver. The place was very clean and well kept. Felt very safe, there is a lock on the main entrance and on the door to the room, both lock behind you when you leave

Chiara’s place was exactly what I need it! It is a close enough to town to walk, but it’s in a quiet street. It has all you need for a short stay, enough to prepare your meals, good internet and hot water. Chiara is also very helpful and sweet.

So happy to share that I rented this lovely apartment for 29 days last month and really enjoyed the experience. The area is one of the best residential areas in the city yet 15 minutes walk to all attractions. It really is a perfect and compact home from home. Chiara the landlady is very kind and helpful also which made the stay very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in the city .

After a hideous apartment rented through my school, Chiara's studio seemed like heaven; clean, quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. And Chiara is always willing to help. She provided a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, then loaned me an electric heater when the temperatures started to drop. It is a solid 25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the nearest groceery store but it was worth it for the quiet. Late my second week I found a lovely pasticerria along the lungarno that served meals as well as delicious sandwiches and pastries. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment was the perfect home away from home. I enjoyed the location that is close to the river and city center but is not crowded or too busy. Everything is very accessible by walking or bike. I felt perfectly safe the entire time. And the interior is beautiful and comfortable for a single person - just perfect! Thank you Chiara! I will have very fond memories of this place.
