Best Downtown Location, Walk to Stadium & Pike Pl Market, Balcony, Water Views

Very centrally located, near Pike Place Market and the Seattle Museum of Art. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the essentials.

Excellent ocean view with quiet two bedroom! The owner prepared many kitchen tools and bowls, it’s convenient for a family staying. There are enough towels in bathroom, and many storage space. The property is located in downtown, near pike place, cross street is Art Museum, one block distance to piers, and city link station, anyway, it’s great location! I would like book this property again if I visit Seattle future!

This apartment is in a perfect location if you want to visit the outstanding new shows at the Seattle Art Museum -- Calder and Hokusai. We could actually see the Hammering Man in front of the art museum from our balcony. We also took in a Shakespeare play at the Seattle Center and had an outstanding meal at Maximilien in the market. We saw an amazing sunset on our first night in the apartment. It's not fancy, but it was ideal for our visit, especially since all the hotels were booked on the days we wanted to be there. The only downside is that it is very expensive -- with the added fees and taxes it ended up costing us $900 for two nights!

Fantastic stay! Everything you want in a vacation condo.

This condo was amazing! The views were amazing, it was very comfortable, there was a kitchen with everything we needed. My only complaint was the dirty fans - they were so thick in dust I had to take them apart and wash them all in the bathtub. It was very obvious and I would hope in the future the cleaning staff would check them for the next guests to ensure they are not ingesting all that dust when the fans are on. Everything else in the condo was clean and amazing though!

The location was ideal and the views great. Only downside was no air conditioning.

The location. Right near the where all of the shopping and restaurants. Practically walking distance. And the view of the river was fascinating. I just loved.

The speaker on the Tv is blown out and there’s no place in the smaller bedroom to put suitcases or clothing away. Otherwise, great place to stay.

You're condo was great. The location was perfect and the view was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Awesome place and location. Only complaint is no air so late afternoon it gets pretty warm. Other than that, it was terrific!

Excellent location - impressive views. Very walkable area for sightseeing. Good prompt communication with property manager. Well equipped kitchen. Can get hot when temperatures are above mid 70s. Evening cool down and fans help get indoor temperatures comfortable - but with open windows and balcony the area can be noisy at night. Would return and recommend to others in mild weather.

Perfect location especially for travelers without a car. It was located by all the main attractions. No Ac but lots of fans and windows to open so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The condo is ideally located near so much and has a beautiful view. The only downside was that the shades did not fully close and without AC the sun really heated the place up. I would stay there again.

This place was absolutely amazing. I woke up each morning to the cruise ships coming in. Sunsets over the Olympics each night we're breathtaking. Everything was perfectly clean and just awesome!

Awesome location & view!! Check was a breeze.

My friend and I went to Seattle for a girls weekend trip, and this listing was perfect for what we wanted. We were super close to Pike's Place Market and the Pier and it was easy to walk to the Link and Monorail stations. This room is on the 14th floor so we had great views of Puget Sound with gorgeous sunsets. The pictures for this listing were accurate and the condo was well furnished with towels, hand soap, spices, coffee, etc. It was probably one of the best appointed VRBO's I have stayed at in recent years. There was a small issue, where the email containing the door code was not received, which has been an issue with my email, nothing to do with the property owner, but she was super responsive when I contacted her at check in and all of the information was obtained quickly and everything else went smoothly. The weekend we stayed was hot, by Seattle standards, so we made use of the provided fans, since there is no AC and we were aware of that when we booked the stay. With the fans and opening the windows we were comfortable at night, although it could get a little noisy on the street outside even being 14 floors up. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and if I return to Seattle I would definitely try to book this room again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

extra bed was a bad quality inflatable which did not hold air. management service did a good job replacing it but the replacement bed was just as bad no AC on hot summer days was a bit of a challenge too

We absolutely loved this property. The location was very convenient for all the things we had planned while in Seattle. The condo had all the amenities we needed to feel at home!

We found this residence to be exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, in fact. The building itself is also quite nice, and check-in was very smooth. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend, especially as it is close to a number of popular destinations downtown. Tip: take the light rail from the airport to the University St. Station, and you are basically there. Could not be easier.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, in a great building, had an amazing view, and was in the perfect location. Many restaurants and coffee shops were less than a block away. The Pike Market Place was only a block or two away, and the Space Needle was an easy walk. (Maybe a mile away?) I totally recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Seattle and want to stay downtown.
