BEST CENTRAL CITY LOCATION MODERN 3 BED APT PRIVATE TERRACE PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

The apartment is in an excellent location and was perfect for our needs. We just loved the balconies!! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Hope to be back soon!

We loved our time in Barcelona and the apartment was just right for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone and the private terrace was beautiful. The A/C does not quite reach all the bedrooms. The location was perfect and we could walk to almost everything.

We had a great time with a few friends. The space was nice and in great location. Was easy to grab taxis and is walking distance to many shops & restaurants. There was a 24 hour market on same block & we tried a few places in square to eat. Everything was delicious. Host had many recommendations and was very helpful.

My husband and I stayed here with our 13 and 15 year old. The apartment was great for all of us. The location was wonderful! Very safe, very walkable. Be aware, it is on the primero floor which is up a couple of decent flights of stairs. The host was very communicative and the person who was checking us in went out of her way to meet us early after we got through customs quickly. We definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, near lots of great food, and close to many fun places. We will stay again if we come back to Barcelona!

I felt the description of the apartnment was misleading. The apartment is not a luxury apartment. The bedding was dated and only a sheet per bed because the apartment is very hot. There were fans in each room but by no means not comfortable sleeping tempature. We also had a non English speaking person to check us in which made it a litle more complicated. I assumed when I see English listed on the posting that the person checking us in would also be English speaking. I was thankful we had carry on luggage beause I don't know if there is an elevator. (We were not offered an elevator option so it would have been difficult with large luggage).The apartment is in a great location and we did like that it was close to everything.

We stayed here for a business trip. The location is excellent, but the apartment itself is very average, the term “Luxury” is quite misleading.Getting an invoice has been a real challenge. Abritel claims it’s the landlord’s responsibility, while the landlord insists it’s not in is hands. Still waiting for the tourist tax receipt, by the way. Don’t forget to bring cash for that upon arrival, yes, cash in 2025.

What a terrific place: in the center of Eixample, yet on a quiet**, pedestrianized square with a Metro stop, plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, shops, bakeries, and markets. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and refreshing when the front and back patio doors are open. We look forward to staying here again the next time we make it to Barcelona! The host and check-in were also top-notch. (** except when Barça wins a match!!)

Fantastic location! Overlooks a nice plaza in the front (pedestrian street; practically no vehicle traffic). Quiet courtyard in the back. Subway access is just steps away for easy public transport access. Apartment has great character. An upgrade in the towels would be the only suggestion but not a big deal. Perfect for families.

We were able to see so much of Barcelona by foot from this location, even with a 22 month old baby. The unit itself was clean and well supplied. Check in was easy. Great restaurant options nearby as well as a well stocked grocery store right outside the front entrance.

Great spot - perfect location for getting around the city. Easy to walk and the Girona on the Metro is just outside your door. Very good restaurants right outside your door.

The property was as advertised. The primary bedroom has plenty of storage for clothes and a small balcony overlooking the square. The other two bedrooms were on the smaller side, but perfect for each of our daughters. The living room had a couch that seated three and a nice arm chair. We didn't use the tv, but there was a small one. The kitchen had everything you would need. The location was amazing. It was steps from the Girona stop on the L4 which connects to other lines easily. It was a half mile from Casa Batlló which was perfect. The only drawback was that it is on a small square which can be a bit noisy, but nothing too loud. There were many close by restaurants as well. We ended up taking the Metro quite a bit and bought a week pass which took us to and from the airport and all around town as well. Great trip!

This apartment was perfect for our family. It is centrally located with many must see attractions within walking distance. Also many nice restaurants and bars within steps. The apartment is very comfortable with nice appliances. I would recommend this to a friend.

Apartment is in a great location. 10 minutes to both Sagrada Familia and Casa Batillo. Apartment is good size for 3-4 people and close to metro which is really easy to use. Host stays in touch and check-in super easy. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is perfectly placed in a very nice part of Barcelona surrounded by great restaurants. It’s also got good transport links in order to explore the city.

Fantastic location: centrally located that allows you to walk everywhere; An abundance of very good restaurants nearby; Safe and quiet at night. Apartment was clean, sunny and open with comfortable beds and pillows. We loved our stay!
