Ample off-street parking next to the house, mandatory for winter overnight stays, ensures convenience. Street parking is also readily available in front of and around the house.

Please note that across from the library, on Sundays throughout the summer into early fall, you won`t want to miss the farmers market, offering delightful baked goods and fresh produce!

Your apartment, the front porch and back yard

Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable.

Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Adorable apartment, super cozy and with so many extras! We had everything we needed- coffee, tableware, extra blankets, smart tv etc. The house is charming and has very accessible parking. The communication with the host exceeded my expectations. We are already planning to make this our go-to for all future trips to Flagstaff!

I really enjoyed this apartment. It was perfect for my family, and the host was very nice, accommodating, and had great communication. The amenities were what I expected, and everything (linens, toilet paper, cleaning items, etc.) we’re easy to find. The only “feedback” is that the shower could benefit from a little bleach in the grout. That is a totally nit-pick; the property was absolutely clean, and cleaner than many hotels I’ve stayed at. But as it’s an older home, the ventilation in the restroom might be causing some of the “concerns” other people have noticed. It didn’t bother me at all to be honest, I just think that might be the one thing that takes them over the top! However, we weren’t able to access the yard, but that might have been user error. Keyless entry was easy otherwise! I loved it, and would absolutely rent it again!

We had a great stay! Perfect and close location to walk to town. The farmers and art markets were just a few blocks away! Loved how peaceful and quiet it was yet still close to everything. Much bigger than expected - we will be back!

This was somehow the perfect spot for a local discgolf tournament. The house is divided into 4 standalone apartments and was terrific. I would book this exact one again for all the features and access it provided. Communication was excellent and I hope to stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and used to live in this neighborhood when attending NAU. It was easy to walk to downtown Flagstaff and had ample off street parking. This downstairs apartment had everything we needed to enjoy the area. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful and comfortable place for two. Nice quiet neighborhood. Big kitchen, big living room, but why stay inside when you can walk downtown? This was just what we needed to get out of the Phoenix heat.
