The Sonnenplätzchen holiday apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina building, offering 47 m² of space for up to 4 guests. The entrance area features a wardrobe. The living bedroom includes a cozy chaise-longue sofa, armchair, and TV, with direct access to a furnished balcony. It also has a sleeping area with a double bed (two mattresses of 90 x 200 cm). A separate room provides additional sleeping space with a bed (160 x 190 cm) and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining area for four. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower partition and WC. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool and table tennis facilities, located in the building, while the availability of these amenities is not guaranteed.

The vacation rental boasts a stunning outdoor area with a furnished balcony offering breathtaking views of the sunset, perfect for relaxation. Located on the fourth floor of the Berolina building, guests enjoy community amenities, including a delightful swimming pool exclusively for guests and owners, featuring a separate children's area.
