The Möwennest apartment, located on the third floor of the Berolina building, accommodates up to five guests. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a cozy chaise lounge, a single sofa bed, a chair with an ottoman, a TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony. There is a separate sleeping area with a double bed (two single mattresses 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, as well as an additional room containing a sofa bed (140x190 cm). A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining space is also available. The modern bathroom, scheduled for completion in spring 2025, includes a shower. Guests have access to communal facilities such as a swimming pool and laundry services equipped with washing machines and dryers on floors one to four, with fees applicable. A pet is welcome for an additional fee, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
