An integrated, fully equipped kitchen contains a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining area with a table and chairs for four. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (two single mattresses) and wardrobe, and another with two single beds and a dresser. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet, along with a separate guest WC, completes the layout.

Guests have access to shared amenities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, and laundry facilities across multiple floors. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not permitted.
