Stayed Aug 12, 2024Beautiful property atop the hillside overlooking the city and the mountains beyond. Super clean and spacious, wonderful host, and amenities like a jacuzzi and foosball made for great family fun.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023The property is absolutely amazing. The view is beautiful. It’s tucked away on the mountain and very private. Our host Paulo couldn’t have been more accommodating. He and Beatrice went out of their way to make our stay special. I suggest to anyone with a large group going to Cinque Terre to stay in la Spezia with Paolo at the Villa. It was absolutely breathtaking!

Stayed May 1, 2023Paulo and his girlfriend were wonderful hosts. The house was just what we were looking for in terms of space for my family which was 7 adults and 2 children. We wanted close access to Cinque Terre but didnt want to be in the city of La Spezia. The view overlooking the city and of the mountains was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the seclusion up in the mountains where it was quiet and offered nice wild flower hikes. We found having rental cars was useful as the bus (large van) doesnt run very often, but we did see it pass by in the morning, mid day, and evening. We drove down to the train station for parking and easy access to the villages. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 18, 2019The apartments have a fantastic view over La Spezia. A car is essential for a trip here! We very much enjoyed our stay although there were some niggles. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children and found the kitchens lacking in space (downstairs) and facilities for such a large group to prepare food. That said, the bedrooms are all a decent size with clean bathrooms. The property manager was fantastic and helped us with our queries at the start of the trip, and helped reunite us with a lost, cherished teddy!

Stayed Sep 23, 2019Amazing view and property!! Our group of 11 stayed comfortably here and enjoyed the view overlooking LaSpezia. Only challenge was transportation down the hill. Taxi was available at €35-40 per ride. Bus line runs right by but very limited times between 11:00-18:00

Stayed Sep 12, 2019Nice villa with incredible amount of bedrooms. Some of the bathrooms were small but functional. The villa was hard to find at first and you have to have a car or get a taxi, certainly not walkable to the town or train station. The view in the evening was breath taking. We had a group of 11 people and we all enjoyed our stay.
