The Space:

Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 3 is an apartment in the Punt Vierkant neighborhood, in the Belmar Oceanfront Apartments complex. From the apartment you overlook the tropical garden and enjoy full ocean views. With approximately 60 m² (about 646 ft²) of living space, it offers a pleasant, compact layout. The Good and More supermarket is 350 meters away, Bachelor's Beach 650 meters, restaurant Brass Boer 950 meters and dive center Dive Friends Delfins also 950 meters. The apartment is located on the ground floor and provides direct access to the communal regular pool with refreshing fresh water.





Guest Access:

As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 3 you have access to the entire apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, living room and the adjoining terrace on the pool deck, plus the shared tropical garden and communal pool. On-site and street parking are also available to you. To give you a warm welcome and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals in person. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange your check-in time with you.





The Neighborhood:

Upscale coastal strip along the azure-blue water, just south of the airport. Here you’ll find luxury villas right on the ocean, sometimes with private docks, and direct access to famous dive sites such as The Lake, Angel City and the Hilma Hooker wreck. Punt Vierkant is all about sea views, sunsets and premium comfort. It’s a prime location for anyone wanting the best of Bonaire’s west coast right on their doorstep.





Getting Around:

Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 3 in Punt Vierkant is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle you can explore every corner of the island at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots to local eateries. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended, as the park roads are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport, and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.     This is a well maintained unit with responsive management. If you are a diver this is a terrific option. We will be back and will try to rent this unit. It was a pleasure.
