Our beautifully appointed Cal-King studio has been designed with attention paid to every detail. The studio has a Cal-king bed fitted with quality linens, and down comforter, Claritin pillows, and a soft throw. There’s a comfy sofa with coffee table and a dining table and chairs. A stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace, with a 50-inch flat-screen smart satellite TV, and designer sconces and hardwood floors. The fully equipped small kitchen area has hardwood cabinets and granite countertops, a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and all pots, pans and utensils etc. A beautifully tiled bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. Plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer etc. all provided. Quality coffee and teas. There is also a patio with chairs to sit out on.
The studio has free Wi-Fi.

    My husband and I came to Park City for a conference at The Sheraton. The condo was convenient. Shuttles brought us everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely visit, thank you.

    This is a beautiful condo located really close to Park City resort and lots of yummy family-owned restaurants. (Try Nosh Israeli if you get a chance.) Condo was immaculate, updated, minimal clean up for checking out. Working fireplace to heat in the winter, but as it is the source of heat when the thermostat dips low it automatically turns on, so bring a mask or turn it off at bedtime. Would totally stay here again.

    We had a great time! Helen was great with communication and everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here while in Park City. Only about a $6 Uber/Lyft to main street.

    We had a great time in Park City at this property. We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday with a couple of her friends and it was a great place to come back to and enjoy some peaceful quiet time. I will definitely be staying at one of Helen's properties again! Thank you for having everything set up just so perfectly and for taking the time to pay attention to all the little details to ensure a wonderful stay.

    This is a very nicely decorated studio room. We particularly appreciated the king-size bed, the large TV, and having a separate couch to relax on. The kitchen area is tiny and would be difficult to cook in, but was perfect for preparing snacks and a simple supper for the two of us. The location is great and only a 5-minute drive to the Main St downtown area or the Park City ski area. We also skied Deer Valley and it's less than 10 minutes to their parking lot. The only negatives I would mention are that there were no garbage bag liners available and that this unit has no dishwasher, so all dishes have to be washed by hand. Also, the guy at the front desk at check-in requested our credit card for a cleaning fee, which we politely declined because we were paying the unit owner directly through VRBO (and our cleaning was already included). This seems a little shady to me, but since he didn't insist, all was good.

    My boyfriend and I visited Park City for the first time this past Christmas, and choose to stay at The Prospector. It was very lovely and cozy for the two of us! Loved having the fireplace to come back to and warm us up after a day out on the slopes. We choose not to rent a car and use the free bus that goes around town, the stop was a short walk from the lodge. The Prospector was a little more on the outskirts from the main part of the town (grocery stores and shopping areas) and the main ski resort, so you will need either a car or take the bus, but there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the studio is exactly as pictured. The small kitchen area had a stove and microwave but no oven. TV service wasn't the greatest but when you are in such a beautiful place with things to do, that shouldn't be your focus. Had such a great and romantic trip and staying here made our trip an even greater experience!

    Just returned from a trip to Park City and enjoyed the condo which was perfect for our needs. The condo was beautifully appointed and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and lovely tiled bathroom. Helen was a superb host and extremely flexible and thorough. The condo we were in was very close to a Red bus stop that takes you to the stores and the ski resort. You can download the app and see the bus schedule - just be aware that they may be a little behind/ahead of schedule so get to the stop in time. Great stay and will definitely connect with Helen again for future trips.

    My husband and I loved our stay here! The studio is beautifully decorated with very nice furnishings. The pictures listed are very accurate. Very cute and clean place with everything you need to feel at home. The owner, Helen was very helpful and our check in was easy. Kitchen has many utensils and kitchen necessities along with a stovetop, microwave, fridge and large coffee maker with wonderful coffee. Bathroom is also beautiful with a shower/bath combo. The bed is so comfortable with soft sheets and down comforter. We really loved the fireplace, it kept the room so warm and cozy. Park City is a beautiful town with so much to see and do and this studio is centrally located and only a 5 min drive to downtown Park City or the ski resorts (Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Park City). We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!
