Our 155 m² apartment is located on the Route des Sanguinaires and is suitable for 6 people. It is a living space where several generations of our family have shared unforgettable moments, perfect for families or groups of friends.

The 45 m² terrace, the heart of the apartment, overlooks the magnificent Gulf of Ajaccio. It is ideal for breakfast in the sun or a quiet dinner in the evening.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- threebedrooms with three double beds ;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area;
- living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its calm and sea view.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, the apartment comprises:
- 3 double bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and sea views, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, toilet, and walk-in closet. Travel cot available on request.
- A kitchen and pantry (retro but well equipped).
- A large open-plan living room with a large bay window overlooking the terrace and sea view.
- A shower room and separate toilet.

You will particularly appreciate its tranquility and sea view.

We still live here from time to time and have left traces of our history and personal belongings. This is not a new, sterile apartment, but a place that has retained its soul and character over the years. The atmosphere is vintage, with furniture and decor from the 1970s that has a certain charm, a little retro, but always welcoming and full of memories. There is no perfection here, just simplicity and authenticity, and we hope you will feel at home.

## Emplacement
Although Ajaccio is the most touristic city in South Corsica, with its modern neighborhoods and its main roads, its city centre has managed to preserve its authenticity and the air of a small Mediterranean village. One of the first things to do in Ajaccio is to get lost in its labyrinth of the past. Out of time, full of charm, intertwined with narrow streets shaded by colourful facades and palm trees, Ajaccio’s old town is as romantic as you wish. During your walk, you will discover the citadel, the ramparts, the Place Foch and that of the Casone, the imperial chapel. The places and monuments tell you a story and sometimes, a secret garden will be revealed among the stones of yesteryear.
