Beautiful suite with lake & city views, hot tub - near downtown

I liked where I stayed only complaint is they needed something to make the tub less slippery

If you have a car, this place is very good. If no car, going to downtown attractions is not as convenient. bus 630 is close but only runs at certain times in the early morning and early evening. Bus 550 runs all day but it is 25 minutes of walking. Room is small but is ok for 2 people.

Three reasons to rent: 1. Prefer to be away from tourist areas: quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy Transit connections to Seattle. 2. Hottub. Great jets and ok heat (if left covered between uses). 3. Rooftop viewing area has spectacular view - if you can handle the stairs. Other info: Small (14ft x 18ft, including bathroom, closet, bathroom vanity and kitchen counter). Limited cooking supplies. Small microwave. Comfortable Queen bed. New, super-quiet heating/cooling. Low weather/sound proofing. Owners have dogs. Bring earplugs. Management easy to access to report issues. With better maintenance, would earn 5 stars.

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Only drawback was fairly constant dog barking from the house hosting the visit. Other than that it is a nice property, very close to Seattle and comfortable.

Being able to go up and hang out on the rooftop patio was amazing.

The room was fine and everything was clean. The room felt safe and secure. Items that could use attention: soap dispenser was broken, you need to ensure the refrigerator is shut well by giving it a good push, there was only 1 face cloth and we had to dig around to find it, the floors were very cool, rugs would have been nice, having coffee and tea options would also have been a nice touch since there weren’t any.

The room was tiny and not clean. The view is of a backyard shed, not what is shared in the listing. We left and spent another 1200 staying at a hotel in Bellevue. Exceptionally disappointing and the property manager (Vacasa) essentially blew me off when I called them and told them that the place was unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Room was nice, super convenient to downtown. Hot tub was a nice touch. We would stay again.

This was a great property to stay at. It is in an incredible area with lots of places within walking distance to spend your time at. Would stay again and would recommend.

Clean room, small but smartly arranged to be efficient, convenient on Mercer island

Shame on me for not realizing just how TINY this “room” is; much small than any hotel room I’ve ever seen. Virtually no drawer space, two wooden chairs for your comfort, no window covering in the bathroom, two sets of dishes haphazardly dumped in a drawer, the only clothes closet is filled with cleaning equipment and the two folding chairs. Water on the floor when we arrived from the under-counter fridge - we were told to use towels and clean it up ourselves. You won’t see the listing view unless you climb two sets of stairs. It was no less expensive than any ocean front resort or city center condo we rented during our two-week drive down the Pacific Coast from Vancouver BC to L.A. For the same money, we had a huge suite 4 times the size in Monterey. We absolutely hated this place. I wish I could post some photos - you’d be shocked!

Clean, comfortable, convenient and competitively priced.

The view from the rooftop deck is stunning at all hours of the day and night. And the modern high-end hot tub is blissful and a cure for sore muscles. The room itself was adequate.

The room was alot smaller than i felt was protrayed on the site. Would have been nice to have coffe available. And a little dresser. Other than that the stay was nice.

Checked in and immediately noticed ants and dirty floors. I then turned on the minisplit A/C to cool the room down while I contacted Vacasa about the housekeeping issue. While on hold, I noticed there was trash in the trash cans, and kitchens had not been wiped down. There are several spots where plaster that has been repaired but not painted. The inside left of the door jamb looks like it was kicked in. The towel bar is missing (pic 14). There's a large mirror in pics 12 and 13 that's also missing. Shampoo/soap dispenser missing bottles. A window lever was still missing so we were unable to lock that the entire 6 days we stayed there. We had to figure out how to tape it shut, because no one came to deal with ANY of the issues in this very small unit. We booked this for the lake view (which we presumed meant that would be our view from our room) and the hot tub. The lake view can only be seen from the open front door of the unit or the rooftop area. The room was in such a poor state that we didn't expect the hot tub to be maintained either. All of these room issues are mentioned in a review left 8 months ago on December 7, 2023, so there has been plenty of time to remedy this. I spent every day of my vacation trying to get in touch with Vacasa for housekeeping service and a refund. I sent pics of issues several times with no contact from the local team and no help from the corporate team. Terrible condition, absolutely should not have been rented.

The unit we rented for two and one half weeks was not in very good condition but it was clean. The view which was said to be a Waterview actually had a window that looked out onto a shared hot tub that was only 3 feet from the window. The window in fact was also broken and would not close so all noise from the hot tub was heard load and clear. There was only a folding wooden chair to sit on. The bathroom sink was clogged. We asked to have our money refunded but the answer was no. It was a very disappointing experience.
