- Space with round dining table and two armchairs, Nordic decoration, with beautiful views to the mountains, and lateral to the sea.
- LED TV 49 with Smart TV.
- Includes free WIFI, excellent speed. Fiber 50 MB.
- Air conditioning hot / cold.
- Includes umbrella and towels for the beach.

It is located in a building with 3 communal pools, and garden area. The pools are open during the summer months (end of June to the end of September)
