Newly renovated studio unit ready for its first guests! Just a couple blocks from the beach and only a couple minutes from the Island View casino, this space is perfect a couple's get-away on the Gulf Coast. The unit has it's own A/C unit and a separate water heater from the larger unit on the other side of the building so you have full control of your environment. The space also features two large windows that allows for plenty of natural light.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, easy to access, and exactly what I needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made everything even smoother. One thing to note is that there’s an active train line right next to the property, this didn’t bother me, but it might be something for light sleepers to keep in mind. Overall, it was perfect and I’d happily stay again!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Cute neighborhood, safe and quiet. Listing is exactly as pictured and described. Checkin communication with the host was difficult, as other reviewers have stated.The flooring was very soft in spots, I would not recommend for large folks.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025I was dissatisfied with floors. Its like the bad floors were covered up with new flooring. My wife and I had hip surgeries not long ago and so it made us unstable. There was also an odor in the room and i ended up having to use a half can of febreeze before we could rest a little bit.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Quick trip to the gulf area. Cute studio close to the beach, that seemed private as there was hardly anyone around with easy simple parking and access. Close to great dining, casinos, the aquarium and local shopping. Would do again!
