Beautiful studio apartment close to downtown Northampton!

SUPER CUTE rental!! One of the best hosts I have ever rented from. There were so many personal touches that the owners included (even toothbrushes with teeny toothpaste - in case you forgot to pack them). The bed was incredibly comfortable and the aesthetics of the studio were top-notch. Close to Northampton and close enough to UMass Amherst that I would probably stay here over a hotel next time I am visiting the area.

We could not have asked for a better stay. The host made sure we had anything and everything we could possibly need. The unit was super clean. The unit’s location was perfect. Heather was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend staying there. The hosts attention to detail was phenomenal. Fantastic rental!

Our host was very easy to communicate with. She left our rental well equipped with everything we might need. The rental is located at a VERY busy four way intersection. It was a bit tricky getting out.

Great stay for college drop off! Perfect and better than a hotel.

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my 2 night stay in NoHo. It was modern, clean, beautifully appointed and convenient. Heather was very responsive, accommodating, and accessible to answer any questions. The small “touches” like snacks, beverages and a toothbrush were thoughtful and very appreciated!

We had an absolute wonderful time at this property. We had come over from the west coast to drop our son off at a summer camp in S. Hadley. The location was very convenient (about 15-20 mins from the camp and within 10 mins of downtown). The hosts are extremely friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had thought of small details like keeping a first aid kit etc. that we haven't seen in other rentals. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are renting the property again in a couple of weeks to pick our son from camp.

Very clean excellent property

We had a wonderful stay. The studio is exceptionally well taken care of--the bed was maybe the most comfortable I have been in!! The hosts were amazing. We had some car trouble and Jason came to the rescue. The communication with hosts was exceptional. We were surprised and happy to find snacks, and drinks in stock! We had wanted to stay in Amherst, thus the location for us was not what we planned, BUT it was quiet and totally comfortable!! We would definitely return.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted an alterntive to a hotel. The location and size was perfect. The Jones's were great hosts and were able to accommodate our early arrival so we could prep for the wedding.

This is a sweet little place: spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and a convenient location for folks visiting the happy valley. My partner and I were especially impressed with the thoughtfulness that clearly went into designing and outfitting the space. It's not huge -- studio-sized -- but you still have a full-sized fridge, stove and kitchen area, a couple of cozy couches, TV and a queen bed. And with all that, it doesn't feel a bit crowded, just welcoming and comfortable and cozy. There's space to unpack and store clothes, a roomy bathroom, and a really impressive number of small considerate touches, from snacks, drinks, condiments and coffee to a first aid kit and sanitary supplies to just the right tools for cooking meals and freshening up clothes. All in all, it's very clear that the hosts have considered carefully what guests might need or want during a stay, and they've checked all the boxes. We definitely recommend!

Perfect for two Nice village,

We stayed in Northampton for a few days in order to visit a number of local museums. The space was very clean and well-kept, communication with the hosts was great, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. We recommend.

Very enjoyable stay, clear communication from owners.

The room was very clean. Kitchen had every needed supply for cooking, even though I did very little cooking. The fridge was stocked with water and sodas. There was a coffee machine complete with coffee. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean and new. The owner checked in and asked if I needed anything and even had an organized binder of activities and restaurants in the area. Extremely thoughtful my organized and made my stay very pleasant

Satisfactory accomodation in terms of cleanliness and communication with owner. Perhaps the owners intention was to create a home filled atmosphere, however the actual studio accomodation was over furnished which Made for a maize like maneuver navigating throughout the small space. .

Such a beautiful studio! Very close to downtown Northampton, and right next to Big Y and Walmart for convenient groceries and miscellaneous shopping. That said, the owners have thought of everything you should need for feeling an at-home stay. We stayed here when moving our daughter into school and again at the end of her year. We loved Northampton and this home!

Looked just like picture. It has a peaceful feeling which was great after a hectic day.
