Beautiful studio, 1 or 2 people

Wonderful studio, small but cosy and well appointed. Very helpful and reactive owners. Great area, super well connected to reach any area in Paris with few metro changes. Will be back!

Clean and well equipped. It was very close to restaurants and cafes; the markets were an unexpected bonus for fresh fruit, vegetables and cheese. Thanks Florent.

Musee, expo, resto

We are a couple on vacation and were a bit worried about space, but the bed was comfortable and we had enough room (I’m 6’2”). It is space well managed with everything we needed. We would stay again. The washing machine was an extra surprise that we needed.

Nice little flat, 3rd floor on a quiet street that's less than 5 minutes from the metro and bus stops, and a wide variety of eateries cafes etc. It had everything I needed - as described - great value for money, and the foldout couch/bed was fine. There was a small issue with the timing of the cleaning that the owner immediately sorted out, which is all one can ask for, and should give visitors confidence they are in good hands. I would happily stay here again!

Everything was really good. Next to a metro station so we got around fine. Clean and nice. Next to a mall too. Only thing is the pillows are really flat. Overall great.

Pros: * Conveniently located close to the main subway and bus lines hub Place d'Italie, in a very secure area featuring Italie 2 shopping mall, specialty boutiques, restaurants and bars of La Buttocaille and Paris Chinatown a few blocks away. *Small but bright, well equiped and decorated studio with large bathroom on a quiet street. *Easy to open, not to firm and quite comfortable flip-flop double bed. *Very fast and strong WiFi connection supplied with external hotspot access codes available throughout the city (and it work)! *Smart and friendly landlords leaving just upstairs. Small but noticeable cons: *Three-floor narrow staircase (big luggages are welcome but not easy to carry up!) *The shower is absolutely great but the drain very slow to evacuate — it takes a couple of showers to master it. :-) Overall appreciation: We stayed in this charming place seven nights in a row and will certainly be back. So read the place description thoroughly and if it is what you are looking for, just trust it and you won't be disappointed.

The description was accurate and we really enjoyed staying here. Florent was very helpful with finding other things we needed, eg a laverie. Was very handy to a supermarket and to a major metro station, could easily get to most attractions within 30 mins on the metro.
