Stayed Sep 14, 2025Pet friendly was good. The bathroom was too small. I didn’t realize it would be sharing a balcony, although my neighbors are nice.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Location was perfect. A lot of stairs to climb. I liked the cottage like feel of this condo but it wasn’t clean. The bathtub had soap scum which I ended up cleaning. The drain had hair in it. Toilet and sink were clean. Every time we used the toaster, the smoke alarm went off. All blinds were broken

Stayed Apr 15, 2022We spent a week on the beach doing exactly what we wanted to. Unit 4 is on the top floor so be prepared to climb many stairs, but gave us the perfect view of the beach from the spacious porch. Many amenities are provided, we did bring a slower cooker to prepare meals while we spent the day on the beach. The residential neighborhood in North Myrtle beach was very peaceful and much preferred over the crowded hotels of South Myrtle beach. We will definitely be back in the future. Make sure you enter North Myrtle beach in your GPS to avoid going to the wrong location in Myrtle Beach.

Stayed May 30, 2021Nice beach front property. This house suited our need of a beach front pet friendly. We met some nice people inthe other 3 units. Called and requested garbage pick up. They came within an hour. Excellent attention to needs.

Stayed Jul 18, 2020I’ll start the review off with the positives - you can’t beat the view for the price. It was an amazing view. Also, the place was very clean. However, there were some things very disappointing about our stay. First off, the parking situation is terrible. At no point during the week did me or our other family member have a place to park our car at the house. The other members staying in the other rooms did not fully pull into the garage so there was no room to park. We tried multiple times to get in touch with the property manager but was unsuccessful. We would be on hold and finally get in touch with someone who would tell us they’d reach out to the local place but we would never receive a returned call. Our biggest question was it mentioned parking in overflow if parking was needed but we were never told where to find that. So, we had to squeeze both cars in the grass. This resulted in a pretty significant injury to my leg due to a massive pot hole that I discovered as I fell through it. This needs to be fixed immediately. The hole is where the sidewalk connects with the grass to the right (facing the house). I fell in and my knee caught me from going further. My leg got pretty banged up. Also, being on the top floor, the air did not work. It was like being in an attic. We did purchase fans which fixed that problem for us. The other big issue was the fridge. We purchased groceries in order to prevent from having to go out so much. Unfortunately all of our meats were ruined as the fridge does not work at A safe temperature. The freezer does not either but we discovered we could use that to keep things cool. We kept our drinks in the freezer and they never got solid, so that makes me believe it does not work as it should either. Another good thing to note if staying here is you would need to bring a covering for the bathroom as it is a little awkward facing so many buildings leaving the shower. Honestly, i would stay again - it’s a good price for the location. You just get what you pay for and if you come prepared you won’t have any surprises or feel disappointed. We still enjoyed our trip.
