Cal king bed with a double size sofa bed. (Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)

This top floor get away vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, Lava Lava featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

From this quiet location on the 3rd Floor of the Lobby Building, early risers will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunrises Kaua'i has to offer, and stunning moonrises in the evenings. Our unique setting captures a panoramic view of three Islander on the Beach's features: beautifully maintained grounds, the Tiki Bar with pool and spa, and just beyond, the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean!

Unit 305 is tastefully furnished in Hawaiian style, with a well-equipped kitchenette for light meals. Guests return year after year for the stunning views and short stroll to the beach. Enjoy tropical touches, island hospitality, and a private lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. Explore Kaua'i, dine locally, or enjoy a lu'au then relax with a poolside BBQ and the spirit of aloha.

Unit 305 includes: High efficiency April 2026 NEW Fujitsu A/C; Flat screen Smart TV; wifi internet; coffee maker; undercounter fridge (2 ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport,50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.

Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

    The view from the balcony was great! We needed new towels as we stayed 10 days and never got a response back from housekeeper. Also, air conditioner had been having a leaking problem for quite sometime based on the stain and musty smell of the couch. We alerted the rental agency, they sent someone to look at it, it continued, the agency then thought it was our fault, even though i told her this was obviously a longstanding problem. We gave up at that point and just lived with it.

    The unit is close to the parking lot and is as advertised. King bed is very comfortable and the ocean and sunrise views are amazing.

    No matter it’s Kaua’i and it’s amazing. I felt the check in process was easy. Contact with management was great. Property staff weren’t as pleasant as I remember in the past. The room is in need of an update but for the price I get it. Back door slider doesn’t lock as the HVAC unit doesn’t work and they’re using a portable AC unit with hose. I felt safe so didn’t make a fuss but if that’s important to you know the unit is not secure at this time. I’d not recommend long stays as you don’t get any extra linens, but a few extra towels are included (not enough). The bed is comfortable. We had a thief on the property that set off the fire alarm at 4 am as they tried to ransack the bar. Twice in one night. Police responded and presumably handled the matter. No security on site that we saw, but in all honesty we felt safe here. We don’t watch much TV, but if you can figure out how to make it work (yes I read the given instructions) you deserve an honorary MIT degree. Between the old tv and multiple controllers it was a mystery. lol. Either way, for its price it’s ok, will look for one with better amenities in the future.

    Everything was even better than described. This is a very comfortable and relaxed property with a lovely, beach. Communication with Kauai Vision Rentals was easy and Kathy was very responsive with all communication. I definitely will return!

    Was a great space. Clean and everything worked as stated. This was centrally located and we were able to get to both north and south sides with ease. Sunrise was perfectly rising in the middle of the sliding doors. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. But everything else was wonderful.

    We very much enjoyed this top floor ocean-view efficiency apartment...great view from room and balcony, nice cooling unit for occasional retreat after a day in the sun, fun pool and poolside bar and nearby eateries.

    I was worried about staying in Kapa'a as other friends recommended other parts of the island, but we ended up loving this spot. It is right next to a little outdoor shopping area that saved us many times by being able to walk over and grab a drink, coffee, dinner, tylenol, etc. and the drives to all the places we wanted to go to were not bad at all. The place is on the smaller side, but not ridiculously small or anything. It was very clean and had a pretty nice view on the lanai. Parking was really easy. Really nothing to complain about. Would love to stay here again!

    The place was cute and in a very pretty location, the bed was not very comfortable and the walls are pretty thin so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. But overall we had a nice stay check in and out was very easy beautiful views and very nice management.
