This Benalmadena beach apartment is the ideal holiday home boasting the most magnificent views of the Mediterranean. This property has recently been renovated to a very high standard giving it a very modern, fresh and comfortable feel.

On entering this apartment you will find an open plan living/dining area. The living room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas where you can relax and enjoy watching channels on the flat screen tv. There is a large balcony just off the living room overlooking the swimming pool and well maintained gardens of the complex. It also boasts a spectacular view of the sea.

The modern galley kitchen is next to the dining area. This is very well equipped with all the equipment and utensils you might need to enjoy your stay. It includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer & microwave.

The hallway off the living room leads you to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. It has its own large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and beach, the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in the stunning scenery. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. All bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished. The first bathroom has a large walk in shower. You will also find a washing machine here. The second bathroom also has a shower.

The apartment is on the sixth floor of the Pasaje de Águila Complex. This complex is located in an enviable position right beside one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Del Sol and surrounded by lots of shops, bars & restaurants. It boasts immaculately manicured gardens and a very inviting communal swimming pool. Parking is also available within the complex.

This property has air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom.

High speedWifi is also available free of charge.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

MALAGA CITY is a must see. There are lots of places to visit including the beautiful Baroque Cathedral and Pablo Picasso's Museum. There are also many historical monuments including the Castillo de the newly restored Roman Theatre. The winding little streets and plazas are a delight with plenty of restaurants and bars to relax in. Malaga is also a great place to shop with lots of boutiques as well as large shopping centres such as Larios. Malaga also has some lovely family friendly beaches to enjoy.


BENALMADENA PUEBLO This whitewashed Pueblo sits on a hillside and has marvellous views across Malaga bay. With its whitewashed houses, narrow cobbled streets and balconies decorated with flowers according to the season, it is very much a typical Andalucian village. There are many places of interest in the town including the Archaeological Museum and the Castillo Colomares. Just outside the village is the Benalmadena Stupa with its golden copula. This is the largest Buddhist monument in the western world and is well worth a visit.

FUENGIROLA A visit to Fuengirola should include a trip to the Arab castle of Sohail. Fuengirola caters for all water sports and activities including, sailing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving and fishing trips. Eating out in Fuengirola you are spoiled for choice with all tastes catered for. A good place to start is by walking around the old part of town from the Old Church Square ( Plaza de la Constitucion ) and branch out around the many narrow roads and lanes, try out some of the tapas bars and local restaurants offering local and international fare at very reasonable prices. two minutes walk from the Church Square down toward the sea front you will find what is locally known as Fish Alley, a bustling area of two or three streets full of restaurants of every kind, type and price.


TORREMOLINOS was originally a fishing village back in the 1920s The old fishing village has been pedestrianised and runs parallel to La Carihuela, one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. The pedestrian-only Calle San Miguel, which is lined with shops, and runs from the center of town down to the beach is worth a visit. The lower half is a winding stair-stepped path, and is fun to descend and fortifying to climb! One of the most popular resorts for Spanish tourists, with some of the districts (especially La Carihuela) having as much of a Spanish feel as an international tourist one.


MIJAS PUEBLO This famous traditional whitewashed Andalusian village can be found nestled into the mountainside. Follow signs for public parking, it costs €1 per day. Take the lifts from the car park up to the top floor where you will find the Plaza de lá Virgen de Pena. The tourist office is located here. There are lots of things to see and do including taking a ride on the famous donkey-taxis. There are also plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants.

    Very good location , Meters from the sea front/beach . Some great bars / restaurants on the same street and many more close by. At the end of the street was the bus stops for central Benalmadena /Torremolino/Malaga , one way and Fuengirola the other way .. Just further down the front you can get the bus to Mijas Pueblo . A bus ride to Malaga with the green card cost 0.71 eur !!We went all over the local area

    My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment; it was perfectly sized for the 3 of us and had everything we needed albeit the pool wasn’t open during our stay which was a little disappointing however the area has a great beach and lots to do, we would definitely use the facilities again

    Good location Seemed to be problem with Freezer full of ice covering drawers couldnt fully close door does it need looking at? Some kitchen cupboards needed a good clean. No English channels on tv so upgrade needed some nights you stay in but not much to watch. Late arrival fee not sure on that as Travel is 24/7 these days? But the apt is otherwise fine. Thanks for letting us stay. Regards Brian.

    I stayed for the month of November 2023, ideally located for large local supermarket, Pharmacy, pubs bars restaurants and importantly 150 meters from the seafront and beach. The flat is on the 6th floor accessed via a lift. The people living there there were all very friendly and helpful. Would certainly consider booking this apartment again should I return to Benalmádena

    Lovely centrally located apartment. Very clean with fresh decor. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The view from the master is special at sunrise. Host’s communication was regular and concise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    We loved the apartment, set right near beach and shoves and restaurants, location spot on. as it was a residential block, we found that the other residence did not particularly like holiday makers in there block. When we sat on the balcony at night we found that we needed to be very quiet, so as not to disturb anyone.

    Fantastic stay at Apartment Pasaje de Águila Benalmadena, everything was just perfect exactly as advertise great location 50 yards from the beach and cocos sports bar great food aswell, the appartment is set back in a residential area not noisy at all, great views from the two balconies we stayed at the appartment for a month felt like home from the first day we arrived,we found all the residents were so friendly, James was a great host always there if needed during our stay, with helpful tips,or if we required anything. great supermarket just around the corner had everthing just like a tesco well priced aswell what can i say, I would defo recommend staying at the Apartment Pasaje de Águila we will be rebooking for this appartment for next year

    Where to start? We were met by a friendly representative of the owner. The building, grounds and apartment were immaculate. The apartment is one block from the beach. It is within walking distance of so much to see and do. Bus stop is close by. The apartment itself was as described. I would rent this place again.
