Beautiful luxurious apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea and 300 m from the sea.

When checking in communication with Nicole was very easy and clear, she was also available when the WiFi went down and assisted us with this. The apartment was spacious for my family of 5 with a new modern kitchen. The pool was busy but adequate and also the beach was a 5 min walk from the apartment . La Cala centre is a 20 min walk along the boardwalk with plenty of things to do and options for food. Overall all a great apartment and stay and we will be returning in the future .

Myself, my friend and our teenage daughters all stayed here for a week in august. We had a wonderful time. Nicole was amazing, so kind and helpful! The apartment was lovely and very well located. Hopefully will visit again at some point!

Nice apartment with a beautiful roof terrace. It is near to the beach, albeit down quite a steep hill. The kitchen needs an upgrade. E.g, the oven did not reach over 150 C degrees. Very nice and helpful hosts. We stayed for a week.

Family of 2 adults and 4 older teens. Nicole met us to give us access, very smooth arrival. Nicole was so helpful, even taking us to local Lidl to get a huge shop done!! Apartment spacious, clean, has a lovely large roof top terrace with stunning views. Would highly recommend! Ps thank you Nicole!

The properties location ticked all the boxes for what we needed as a family with a car. Close to the beaches in Fuengirola and Cabapino. The restaurants of Cala de Mijas and an hours drive to Gibralter. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the water bed was a real bonus. The pool area was kept clean with plenty of sun beds and the added bonus of a lifeguard, so when we weren't out and about the grandkids were happy in the warm waters of the pool. Nicole the key holder could not have been more helpful from the initial welcome to handing the keys back, she was there to answer our questions. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The “directions” on VRBO took us to a different location a mile or so away. But a quick call to the local contact provided us with a Google maps link to the actual block. Local contact was super helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the roof terrace was excellent. The communal pool was large and clean but as expected a little busy on the weekend but still plenty of sun beds and space. Walk to local beach and amenities was short down a small hill. Easily walkable and some nice restaurants in easy reach. 15 minutes in the car to Marbella or fuengarola. All in all would recommend it. Just update the directions on the listing.

there was supposed to be a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, but it was completely worn out and not working.

Communication with Matthias from time of booking to arrival was good and my queries were answered promptly. We met Nicole on arrival who showed us the parking space in the garage, how to access and a tour of the property. The property itself is lovely with the added benefit of the private roof garden and big enough for myself, husband and 2 teens. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the immediate area but the main area is only a 30 min walk or 5 mins in the car. There’s also a local supermarket and Lidl within 5 mins by car and the beach is only a short walk away with many chiringuitos. We hired a car so did many day trips which were easily accessible from the property including Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo, Ronda and Gibraltar. We had a great holiday at this property.

The apartment is up a steep hill that you need to walk each day if you don’t have a car. Apart from that it was a well equipped property in a great resort with plenty of good restaurants and bars. Good beach with lovely sand and plenty of cafes on the coast.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Comfortable and clean. Lovely space up on the roof to relax. Showers were excellent. Pool area lovely. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a lovely beach. We hope to return.

Easy walk to the beach, and well located for touring to nearby destinations.
