Stayed Apr 27, 2023My husband and I used to live in Wolfeboro and returned for a visit to see friends. We brought along the teen exchange student from Germany who is staying with us this year. The location could not be better! There are views of, and a very short walk to, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the apartment sits right in the heart of downtown! The apartment is just as described and pictured, well outfitted, and was clean and very comfortable. Everything was in working order, and the check-in process was extremely easy. The entry stairs are typical for the period of house (small steps and a little steep), and there is one other more modern set that goes to the master bedroom; neither set of stairs is lengthy. One thing to be aware of in case you need high speed and high-functioning internet, is that the internet speed was a bit slow. This may have been due to the bad weather, but cable and internet always tend to be a bit problematic in Wolfeboro, regardless of provider or weather. Overall, this is a great property and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay here again!

Stayed Apr 19, 2023I had at least 3 conversations about access to unit, explaining each time that one of our group had mobility issues. I was assured there were only 3 steps up to the entry. While that was true, there was no mention that after entering there were 15 steps up to the actual residence.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The property is very nicely appointed, a great location, walking distance to many places in town but there are significant issues in its current state that negatively impacted our experience there. The most problematic items are: 1) Upstairs bedroom blinds in four windows don’t function and face directly into neighborhood house 2) Parking is sketchy due to proximity of downtown 3) Climate control downstairs is not adjustable 4) WiFi is weak and spotty thru house 5) Design of house yields many low slanting ceilings in bedrooms which was a constant issue for anyone over 5 feet tall Lastly no on-site resources available to deal with these concerns as we reported them all the first day and only received email answer that did not solve anything.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022It was a great experience. Very clean. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket if someone is planing on sleeping on the couch.
