My apartment in Porta Sole is located in the historic center of Perugia, a few steps from Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. It can be reached by the mini metro (PINCETTO station) and is located at the highest and most panoramic point of the city.
The area is very quiet, the atmosphere is special and unique and the open spaces with friezes of the Umbrian culture will leaveyou breathless.
My house is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families and our furry friends (pets), as long as they are polite and small they are welcome and loved.

My house was completely renovated in November 2016 with the intention of making it unique, welcoming and in perfect harmony with the Umbrian architecture. It is located on the first floor of a historic building overlooking the square below and is made with love and care in every aspect: architectural, furnishing, details.

The accommodation is divided into two large rooms: an entrance with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a working fireplace.
The second room is a living room with an L-shaped sofa bed, a loft double bed and a bathroom with a comfortable shower, complete with a bathroom set.
In the living room there is a plasma TV, a MacBook for guest use, a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker to which you can connect your devices to listen to music.

The entire apartment is at your disposal.
The kitchen is new, complete with utensils to prepare meals, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker. In the kitchen there is also a very easy to use washing machine and dryer.
In the bathrooms you will have shampoo, hair dryer, soap and everything that may be helpful.

Free Wi-Fi (free of charge) is available 24 hours a day.

I will receive you at check-in with all the information about the house and the city, in order to make your stay unique and super pleasant.
Your stay will definitely be relaxing because the house is in a quiet and completely soundproofed square, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

Porta Sole is the site of the highest historic center of Perugia. To get there, starting from Piazza Michelotti, you reach a maximum height of 493 meters above sea level. From this point you can see the whole city and enjoy a unique and spectacular view, losing in the underlying villages.
Also returning home will be how to discover the typical areas of the center of Perugia, because the path will be in the streets and alleys typical and characteristic of my ancient city. For example, Raffaello's only painting in Perugia is just 50 meters from my home, in the San Severo Chapel. A few meters away you will have one of the most spectacular views of Perugia.

NOTES: At home it is strictly forbidden to organize dinners, parties or any other kind of event that may disturb the quiet of the area.

There are two paid parking lot near the apartment (Covered Market and St. Anthony), otherwise you can park outside the ZTL about 15 min walk.

From here you can easily reach localities and any kind of tourist. Nearby there are public transports for getting in the most remote areas. For example, the Minimetro allows you to reach different parts of the city.
