The location is super convenient to downtown and Dickson, with the added benefit of being on a quiet, safe, and charming street. Check in was a breeze as was communication with the owners. Stayed Sep 26, 2025It’s always a pleasure staying at Casa Gato—I love the property! It’s the ideal spot for my weekends in Fayetteville and so convenient to campus. On this last visit, I parked Friday night and didn’t move my vehicle again until Sunday—morning workouts made for an easy route back to campus, and I even hopped on a scooter back to Casa Gato after the football game. As a bonus, the cottage is perfectly appointed—and the steam shower can’t be beat!
